Swiss DCD spring Ultra Select XL

Did you know that each breeding duck only produces 2 or 3 particularly long CDC feathers in the winter?

These nibs are handpicked at the same time as the "Super Select" nibs. The extra long XL and Super Select feathers are dyed in batches of up to 50g. The difficulty of obtaining even small quantities of these feathers can mean that not every color and shade is always available. These larger feathers are becoming increasingly popular, particularly for trout and salmon fishing in Scandinavia.

Our Neon line with its fluorescent colors was developed specifically for this purpose.
