The Tiemco Stealth Fluorocarbon leader material is almost invisible underwater. The Japanese quality leader is suitable for fresh and salt water and is supplied on Super Large Arbor spools. The advantage of fluorocarbon over conventional monofilament nylon is: Fluorocarbon has a higher density and sinks easily, while nylon floats on the surface and leaves a film behind it.
In addition, fluorocarbon is significantly more UV-resistant than monofilament nylon and the load-bearing capacity does not decrease even with prolonged use.
