Body Quill - Hand Stripped
Peacock Body Quill is used to create fantastic natural segmentation of the tied flies. At different times of the year, flies must be tied on hook sizes from 12 to 24 - dry flies, nymphs, spiders and buzzers.
The quill comes from peacock eyes and is hand stripped, eliminating the problems of cracking such as bleaching or chemical stripping. Using the finest natural pigments, we dye them in various colors: natural, olive, golden olive, orange, yellow, red, pink, brown, crimson, ginger, fluo yellow, green, soft pink, forest green, turquoise and blue.
The packs contain 25 quills . When tied on smaller hooks, each quill can produce up to three flies.
We know there is no better solution for producing segmented fly bodies. We also know that the quality of our product is unbeatable because it is handmade in Poland by ourselves - since we have control over every step of production, we guarantee the quality.
Please note that colors vary from display to display .
Due to the natural variation in raw feathers, the final colors may not be identical between batches, although we try to keep them very close to each other.
