The Hi-Vis Floating Yarn from Jan Siman is not only intended for fly tying, but can also be used as a bite indicator for nymph fishing. When used as a tying material, the floating yarn is used for parachute flies and dry flies.
You can also use floating yarn for other types of flies such as streamers, nymphs or wet flies: sea trout flies, brook amphipods, shrimps, seaweeds or as a bite point.
